About Matar Al-Baqami Holding and the Role

Matar Al-Baqami Holding is seeking a dedicated General Technician to join their team in Hail, Hail Province. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining the operational efficiency of various facility systems. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience, focusing on ensuring the smooth daily functioning of the company's infrastructure.

Role Overview

The General Technician is responsible for executing routine maintenance, repair, and support tasks across diverse systems, including electrical, mechanical, and general facility infrastructure. This role ensures that all systems operate effectively and safely, contributing directly to uninterrupted daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repair work for electrical, mechanical, and civil issues.
Execute basic electrical tasks, including wiring, lighting, socket installation, and panel checks.
Assist in the operation, routine checks, and minor maintenance of diesel generators, where applicable.
Conduct preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules.
Identify operational faults and report major issues promptly to the supervisor.
Ensure the safe and proper use of all tools and equipment.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety at all work sites.
Respond effectively to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.
Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a technical maintenance role.
Experience in industrial, commercial, or residential maintenance environments is considered an advantage.
Prior experience within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Hail, Hail Province, requiring on-site presence to manage and execute maintenance tasks across various facilities.
