Role Overview

This full-time position involves supporting safety, health, and environmental (HSE) initiatives within a plant or platform setting, potentially focusing on a single shift. The role requires ensuring the continuous functionality of plant safety, security, and fire protection resources, while adhering to established instructions and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and following up on final site investigation reports, maintaining the phrase library and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
• Maintaining essential HSE documentation, including procedures, manuals, guidance documents, and records.
• Assisting in the facilitation of HSE training programs, including conducting classroom lectures and testing.
• Participating in risk assessments and job reviews to identify and mitigate HSE hazards under supervision.
• Generating required reports, data, graphs, and records using the computer system, such as daily and monthly reports.
• Coordinating HSE inspections and following up with departments to ensure the implementation of recommendations.
• Ensuring HSE equipment is inspected, maintained, and calibrated according to manufacturer specifications.
• Undertaking compliance monitoring and measurements of key HSE parameters.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a science or engineering field, with a specialization in safety and environment.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HSE role.
