About the Senior Personnel Technician Role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Personnel Technician to join our team in Hail. This full-time position involves performing a variety of responsible personnel and administration tasks focused on the processing and maintenance of personnel-related documents. The primary objective is to ensure the timely and accurate processing of employee pay in strict adherence to established policies and procedures.

The Senior Personnel Technician will be responsible for a broad range of duties critical to the efficient operation of the personnel and payroll functions. Key tasks include:

• Performing a wide variety of responsible personnel and administration tasks.
• Processing and maintaining personnel-related documents accurately.
• Providing essential support to the Payroll Function.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A Diploma in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of increasingly responsible personnel job experience.
