The Role

Almarai Company is seeking a Senior Workshop Supervisor for a full-time position in Ha'il, covering operations in Hail and Ash Shamli. This role is crucial for ensuring that the repairs and maintenance of the regional fleet are conducted according to established plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining safety and compliance. The supervisor will lead a team, fostering continuous improvement and engagement within the workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously review and enhance work processes through regular evaluations and active employee involvement to improve efficiency and engagement.
• Optimize manpower resources to meet operational targets and support both current and future business requirements.
• Ensure workplace practices and the working environment adhere to established standards and compliance regulations.
• Oversee daily fleet operations by monitoring workshop activities, including manpower availability, spare parts management, and breakdown response, while providing essential technical guidance on workshop practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team engagement and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of fleet maintenance, repair processes, and workshop operations.
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in the Ha'il region, specifically covering operations in Hail and Ash Shamli. The role involves direct oversight of workshop activities and fleet maintenance within these areas.
