Overview of the Site Manager Electrical (OHTL) Role

Raissy Trading and Contracting Company is seeking a Site Manager Electrical (OHTL) to join our team in Al Kahafah, Ha'il, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and involves overseeing the execution and management of Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the safe, high-quality, and timely completion of OHTL projects. The Site Manager will be responsible for adhering to SEC standards and all project-specific requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all OHTL construction activities, from project mobilization through to handover.
• Lead site teams and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Supervise critical construction phases including foundation work, tower erection, conductor stringing, OPGW installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure strict compliance with SEC standards, project specifications, quality control, and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, and resource planning documentation.
• Handle all technical submissions, inspections, and approvals required by SEC, along with project close-out documentation.
• Coordinate material approvals, Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), Requests for Information (RFIs), method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and as-built submissions.
• Resolve site-specific technical issues and ensure projects are completed within the stipulated timelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in OHTL projects, specifically with 132kV, 230kV, and 380kV lines.
• Mandatory previous approval from SEC as a Site Manager.
• Demonstrated experience in OHTL construction, testing, commissioning, and project handover processes.

• Excellent leadership capabilities to guide and motivate site teams.
• Effective planning and organizational skills for project management.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
