Key Accountabilities
- Implement and monitor health and safety policies across the workplace.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international safety standards.
- Provide safety training and induction programs for employees and contractors.
- Investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and maintain firefighting equipment.
- Report safety performance issues to management and suggest improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety; classified ممارس from Kawader.
- Preferred safety certifications (NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH).
- 1-3 years of experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in the food industry.
- Knowledge of local regulations and Civil Defense requirements.
- Proficient in risk assessment and report preparation.
- Effective communication skills with ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
