Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure full compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Identify potential hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective measures.
- Plan, organize, and deliver safety training programs for employees.
- Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, and prepare detailed reports.
- Recommend preventive actions to avoid recurring incidents.
- Ensure all safety equipment is fully operational and properly maintained.
- Follow up on maintenance schedules and safety updates.
Requirements:- Strong knowledge of local and international occupational health and safety regulations.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in construction projects.
- Excellent communication skills with staff, engineers, and management.
- Ability to educate and train employees on safety procedures.
- Proficient in hazard analysis, risk assessment, and report writing (English & Arabic).
- Safety certifications (NEBOSH, OSHA, etc.) are a plus.
