The Role of Receptionist

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to manage essential communication functions and support departmental operations. This full-time position is based in either King Abdullah Economic City or Rabigh, playing a key role in the daily flow of information.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to and answer incoming telephone and radio calls promptly.
• Communicate calls and messages accurately to the respective departments.
• Maintain a comprehensive log of all outgoing and incoming calls for record-keeping purposes.
• Inform the Shift Manager of any issues or concerns relevant to the department's operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in a similar administrative or front-office role.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position within a multinational team that contributes to Almarai's ongoing growth plans. The role offers an opportunity to work within a leading food and beverage company. The primary work locations are King Abdullah Economic City and Rabigh.
