Key Responsibilities:

• Reservation Management: Efficiently handle guest reservations across various channels, ensuring accuracy and adherence to our policies.
• Communication Hub: Act as the main point of contact for guest inquiries, providing clear information on room availability, rates, and hotel services.
• Booking Process: Accurately enter reservation details into our Property Management System (PMS) and update all necessary information.
• Guest Assistance: Assist guests with inquiries and special requests to ensure a memorable experience.
• Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with Sales, Front Desk, and Housekeeping to coordinate guest requests and requirements.
• Communication Enhancement: Improve communication strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and streamline the reservation process.
• Up-selling and Promotion: Identify opportunities to promote room categories and enhance guest offerings.

Qualifications:

• Saudi Nationals only, open to candidates with minimal experience including fresh graduates.
• Basic English skills are required.
• A strong passion for hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A team player who assists and supports colleagues.
• Flexibility to work different shifts based on departmental needs.
• Ability to maintain calmness and courtesy in guest interactions.

Additional Information:

• Related hospitality experience is an asset.
• Prior knowledge of Opera or similar systems is advantageous.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

At PremierQ, we work on playgrounds, waterparks, skateparks, and football fields, and we're looking for a talented Construction Supervisor to join our team in Dhahran, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll be responsible for overseeing construction sites, managing on-site teams, conducting inspections, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating daily operations to ensure the timely completion of projects. Effective communication with team members and stakeholders is crucial to resolve issues efficiently and deliver successful outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience working in ARAMCO projects
• Work permit receiver and other ARAMCO licenses are a plus
• Any ARAMCO certifications (safety, etc.) are advantageous
• Strong supervisory skills and expertise in site supervision
• Proficiency in inspection processes and methods, especially with ARAMCO
• Knowledge of construction safety standards
• Excellent communication skills to guide teams and liaise with stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Demonstrated experience in construction management or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is a bonus
• Experience in community projects and facilities is a plus
