Job Purpose:Developing and implementing staffing and learning strategies, retention strategies, and leadership development.
Key Accountabilities:- Partner closely with the Company’s HR team to develop effective HR policies.
- Plan and implement HR management strategies.
- Monitor and report on HR issues and development plans.
- Contribute to HR strategy evaluation and development.
- Plan employee performance appraisals and training.
- Liaise with functional heads to ensure HR objectives are met.
Education & Experience:Bachelor's Degree in HR management, Business Administration, or equivalent. Minimum of 8 years’ related experience in human resources management and organizational development.
