Key Responsibilities:- Reservation Management: Efficiently handle guest reservations across various channels, ensuring accuracy and adherence to our policies.
- Communication Hub: Act as the main point of contact for guest inquiries, providing clear information on room availability, rates, and hotel services.
- Booking Process: Accurately enter reservation details into our Property Management System (PMS) and update all necessary information.
- Guest Assistance: Assist guests with inquiries and special requests to ensure a memorable experience.
- Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with Sales, Front Desk, and Housekeeping to coordinate guest requests and requirements.
- Communication Enhancement: Improve communication strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and streamline the reservation process.
- Up-selling and Promotion: Identify opportunities to promote room categories and enhance guest offerings.
Qualifications:- Saudi Nationals only, open to candidates with minimal experience including fresh graduates.
- Basic English skills are required.
- A strong passion for hospitality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A team player who assists and supports colleagues.
- Flexibility to work different shifts based on departmental needs.
- Ability to maintain calmness and courtesy in guest interactions.
Additional Information:- Related hospitality experience is an asset.
- Prior knowledge of Opera or similar systems is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
