About the Role

The Brick is seeking a Furniture/Appliance Delivery Driver to join our fleet team in Qaryat Al 'Ulya, Eastern region. This is a full-time position reporting to the Operations Manager. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a strong customer-focused attitude and a desire for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and load furniture and appliance products.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections.
• Lift and carry products into customers’ homes, ensuring no damages, and assemble as required.
• Provide in-home customer service, including processing customer settlements.
• Document delivery status accurately.
• Record essential information such as mileage, fuel costs, and any encountered issues.
• Complete driver check-in procedures, including proper accounting of merchandise and invoicing.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Delivery experience is considered an asset.
• A valid driver’s license (Class 5 required; graduated licenses are not sufficient).
• A current Driver’s Abstract is mandatory.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry heavy merchandise exceeding 50 lbs.
• A customer service-oriented approach.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check sponsored by The Brick.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is an asset but not mandatory.
