Role Overview

United Members Company is seeking an experienced Accountant specializing in Accounts Payable (AP) to join our team in Makkah or Jeddah. This full-time role involves managing financial transactions related to suppliers and ensuring compliance with company financial procedures. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor outstanding balances and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
Process bank payments and reconcile bank statements.
Handle petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and procedures.
Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience as an Accountant with a specialization in Accounts Payable (AP).
2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in either Jeddah or Makkah. The role operates within a collaborative environment that supports professional growth and emphasizes high-quality service delivery.
