About the AMOS System Supervisor Role

Michael Page is seeking an experienced AMOS System Supervisor to oversee and enhance the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the AMOS system within a leading Aerospace/Aviation organization. This full-time position is based in Makkah and requires a candidate with a strong background in the Aerospace industry.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The AMOS System Supervisor will be instrumental in ensuring the effective management of technical systems. Key responsibilities include overseeing the implementation and optimization of the AMOS technical information system, ensuring its seamless integration with existing business operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and improvements. The role also involves providing technical guidance and support, developing and implementing policies for data security and system integrity, and monitoring system performance with regular reporting to senior management.

• Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and operational KPI reports.
• Coordinating with external vendors and service providers for system upgrades and maintenance.
• Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations.
• Training and supporting users on AMOS functionality and reporting tools.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives related to engineering systems and data processes.
• Staying updated on the latest advancements in AMOS and related technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience is required, with at least 6 years specifically in AMOS administration within an airline, aerospace, or MRO environment. A strong understanding of aircraft maintenance and engineering processes is essential.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard development.
• Strong technical expertise in both AMOS and Power BI.
• Proficiency in identifying and solving system-related challenges.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for effective cross-departmental coordination.
• Proven ability to manage technical projects and deliver results.
• Understanding of data security and system integration principles.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in Makkah. Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to the Makkah region.
