The Role: Baker R&D Test Bakery

Ahmad A. Abed Holding is seeking a Baker R&D Test Bakery to join its team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jiddah, Makkah, designed for individuals with 0-1 year of experience. The primary objective of this role is to develop, test, and refine bakery products and formulations within a dedicated test bakery environment, ensuring they consistently meet specified performance, quality, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute trials, meticulously document results, and propose improvements for recipes, processes, and ingredient usage.
• Prepare and bake various test batches according to established protocols.
• Evaluate product attributes including texture, taste, and shelf life.
• Adjust formulas as necessary based on evaluation outcomes and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all experiments and their findings.
• Operate and ensure the proper maintenance of bakery equipment.
