Role Summary

The Barista at Novotel Hotels in Makkah is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso beverages. This full-time role emphasizes providing excellent customer service and ensuring a satisfying coffee experience for all guests. The Barista will operate espresso machines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages.
Demonstrate proficiency in various coffee brewing techniques and an understanding of different coffee beans and their flavor profiles.
Operate espresso machines and other related equipment effectively.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with customers.
Handle customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with hygiene standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience required: 0-1 years in a similar role.
Ability to operate espresso machines and other coffee preparation equipment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and different coffee varieties.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The Barista will contribute to creating a positive and memorable impact for customers and colleagues within the hotel environment.
