Business Analyst

About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a Business Analyst with specialized experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Administration. This full-time position is based in Makkah, including Thuwal, and involves joining a leading organization in Saudi Arabia. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) closure.
• Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Source, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors to meet organizational needs.
• Prepare procurement compliance documents, including SSJ & SEF.
• Coordinate supplier registration processes and required documentation.
• Maintain centralized PO records and ensure accurate tracking.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports detailing procurement activities.
• Follow up on Purchase Orders from issuance through to closure.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for procurement workflows and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience, with a maximum of 5 years, in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Administration.
• Demonstrated experience with PRs, POs, supplier coordination, and general procurement processes.

Required Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities, time management, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and relevant procurement systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
