Sohoby IT Solutions is seeking a dedicated Clients Servicing Specialist to join our consulting team. This full-time, remote position is based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with over 10 years of proven experience in client-facing roles.

The Role

The Clients Servicing Specialist will be responsible for working directly with clients to manage and process various applications. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, a strong understanding of government portals, and the ability to efficiently document processes. The successful candidate will navigate multiple responsibilities simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks related to application processing, company setup, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to facilitate the processing of diverse applications.
• Ensure precise data entry and comprehensive documentation of all processes.
• Leverage familiarity with government portals to streamline application submissions and tracking.
• Coordinate various projects and effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Provide support for Limited Liability Company (LLC) formation and general company setup procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of proven experience working with clients in a professional capacity.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Extensive familiarity with government portals and established application processing procedures.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and learn new processes efficiently.
• Excellent multi-tasking capabilities and strong project coordination skills.
• Solid knowledge of Limited Liability Company (LLC) formation processes and company setup.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, remote position within Sohoby IT Solutions' consulting team, offering flexibility while maintaining a strong collaborative environment. The role supports clients primarily in the Jiddah and Makkah regions of Saudi Arabia.
