About the Role

flyadeal is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on delivering a positive, customer-first experience by efficiently handling inquiries, professionally resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about flyadeal's products, services, policies, and procedures. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding flyadeal products, services, policies, and procedures while supporting customer needs.
Meet assigned productivity and customer care targets.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of flyadeal products, systems, services, and marketing campaigns.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry across relevant systems.
Support Team Leaders with flight disruption activities, queue management, and cancelled flight processing.
Monitor customer feedback and escalate recurring service or operational issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complaints and improve the overall customer journey.

Qualifications and Education

High school certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree.
0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
