About the Role

Salama Cooperative Insurance is seeking a Cyber Security Supervisor to join its team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on strengthening the organization's cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance framework.

Role Overview

The Cyber Security Supervisor will play a critical role in enhancing the company's cybersecurity posture. This involves developing and maintaining robust Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks to ensure the security and integrity of information systems and data, while adhering to regulatory and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) policies and frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity regulations, standards, and internal policies.
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of security controls.
• Plan, perform, and manage cybersecurity audits, and prepare audit reports.
• Review contracts and regulatory requirements from a cybersecurity compliance perspective.
• Monitor compliance activities and recommend continuous improvements to cybersecurity policies and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on governance, risk, and compliance.
