Director of Risk Management

About the Role

Alpha Leadership Co. is seeking a Director of Risk Management to lead enterprise risk and business continuity operations. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, and requires a candidate with extensive experience in risk management within complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks.
• Oversee site and corporate risk assessments, tracking Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and risk appetite.
• Direct Risk Champions across various project lines.
• Consolidate risk registers and dashboards, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Present key reports to the Audit & Risk Committee and C-suite.
• Challenge financial models and evaluate investor/lender risks.
• Construct deal risk registers and conduct fraud risk assessments.
• Drive the adoption of a strong risk culture and apply risk-based change processes.
• Leverage SAP/GRC tools for risk analytics and reporting.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Over 12 years of experience in Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, or Governance.
• Experience must be within large-scale, complex operational or project environments.
• Proven expertise in operationalizing ERM/BCM frameworks, including ISO 31000, COSO, and ISO 22301.
• Strong familiarity with SAP systems.
• Professional fluency in both Arabic and English is required.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in risk management roles, specifically within large-scale and complex operational or project settings.
