About the E-Commerce Talent Curator Role

Salla is seeking an E-Commerce Talent Curator to support its Tamheer program. This full-time position, based in Makkah, Makkah Province, focuses on identifying, nurturing, and developing emerging talent within the e-commerce sector to build a strong pipeline of skilled professionals for the company.

Role Context and Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to cultivate promising individuals for e-commerce positions through the Tamheer program. The Talent Curator will play a key part in shaping the future workforce by connecting potential with opportunity and fostering growth within the dynamic e-commerce landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates with high potential for e-commerce roles within the Tamheer program.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, mentors, and program partners to facilitate talent development.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other development initiatives specifically designed for e-commerce skills.
• Monitor the progress and performance of program participants, offering guidance and constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with internal Salla teams and external partners to ensure talent development aligns with industry requirements.
• Assist in the design of curriculum and learning pathways to enhance participant skills and employability.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in talent development, recruitment, or program coordination, preferably within the e-commerce sector or related fields.
• A solid understanding of the e-commerce industry and its specific skill requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate programs effectively.
• A genuine passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing emerging talent.
• Organized and proactive approach with strong follow-up skills.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in Makkah, within the Makkah Province. The role is integral to Salla's talent acquisition and development efforts.
