Role Overview and Support

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide essential support to the recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities from initiation to completion.
• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various assigned roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide basic progress updates on ongoing searches.
• Support candidate experience initiatives and pre-boarding activities to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.

Educational and Professional Requirements

Candidates are required to possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, applicants must be registered in the Tamheer program through the Taqat platform.
