About the Role

Kenvue is seeking an E-Merchandise Specialist to join their team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and reports to the eCommerce Manager. Kenvue is a company built on over a century of heritage and science, known for iconic brands such as NEUTROGENA®, AVEENO®, LISTERINE®, JOHNSON’S®, and BAND-AID®.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The E-Merchandise Specialist will play a key role in driving sales and conversions by ensuring best-in-class digital shelf execution on e-commerce platforms. This involves building and merchandising digital content with a focus on quality and accuracy, managing availability, monitoring search performance, and overseeing promotions. The role also includes developing and executing e-merchandising strategies for Kenvue brands to engage consumers and drive revenue.

  • Manage daily digital shelf operations and execute fundamentals to meet scorecard targets.
  • Oversee new product uploads, category builds, product detail maintenance, and promotional activities, preparing content templates as required.
  • Measure content scores, identify gaps, and collaborate with brand and eContent teams to improve performance.
  • Develop merchandising plans informed by customer insights, brand strategy, and e-commerce goals to increase net sales revenue.
  • Conduct monthly assortment gap analysis and work with customers to address listing content gaps.
  • Monitor, track, report, and correct content accuracy across all e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitor digital shelf availability, report stock-outs, and work to improve fill rates.
  • Continuously monitor site search and navigation, implementing strategies to ensure Kenvue brands rank highly and maximize conversion.
  • Collaborate with content and creative agencies to acquire and share necessary content with customers.
  • Update digital shelf master data to ensure compliance measurement.
  • Report on e-commerce performance, including KPIs, providing data-driven insights and conducting deep dives as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG e-commerce or digital roles within a multinational company.
  • Strong experience in e-commerce media with a proven track record of creating media insights.
  • Solid leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Strong digital and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse environment (culturally, functionally, and geographically).

A Bachelor's degree in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field is desired. An MBA from a reputable institution would be preferred.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Opportunities may also be available in Makkah.
