About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician to join their team in Makkah. This full-time role involves delivering high-quality pre-hospital and in-hospital patient care, ensuring the readiness of vehicles and equipment, and completing necessary administrative and clinical reporting. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality pre-hospital and in-hospital patient care based on patient needs and approved medical protocols, under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor and medical oversight.
  • Operate and maintain EMS vehicles and equipment to ensure full readiness at all times.
  • Perform shift-start vehicle checks, complete all logbooks and checklists, and report any malfunction or damage immediately.
  • Complete administrative and clinical tasks assigned by the Operations Supervisor/Manager.
  • Report accidents, incidents, breakdowns, and defects, and complete required documentation accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with EMS team members and other healthcare professionals.
  • Assist in the orientation and development of EMS personnel.
  • Promote positive teamwork and a supportive work environment.
  • Ensure safety measures are followed for patients and EMS staff at all times.
  • Maintain personal cleanliness and ensure the ambulance and equipment remain clean, sanitized, and organized.
  • Use medical supplies properly to avoid wastage.
  • Participate in problem-solving and manage limited resources effectively.
  • Adhere strictly to the assigned privilege list, scope of authority, and approved medical protocols by the Golden Etihad medical company.
  • Drive ambulances safely for patient transport.
  • Read maps, follow geographic directions, and report transportation delays or issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
