About the Executive Sales Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Makkah is seeking an Executive Sales professional to join their team. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in a related field and focuses on driving revenue while maintaining strong guest relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, and issues by contacting appropriate individuals or departments.
• Utilize sales techniques, including up-selling, to maximize revenue and foster guest loyalty.
• Award complimentary items to guests as tokens of appreciation for their patronage.
• Promote the brand's image both internally and externally.
• Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points.
• Handle all reservation requests, modifications, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail.
• Input Marriott Rewards information into the relevant software when taking reservations.
• Answer, record, and address all guest calls, requests, questions, and concerns.
• Perform general office duties to support the Sales & Marketing department, such as filing, emailing, typing, and faxing.
• Assist management in training and motivating employees, serving as a role model.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
• Ensure the confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs with genuine appreciation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, prepare and review written documents accurately, and answer telephones with appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
• Monitor the performance of others to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Read and visually verify information in various formats.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No specific license or certification is required.

The role involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
