Established in the Kingdom, the company is expanding its commercial presence with a dedicated HORECA Sales Lead in the Central Region, specifically Riyadh.

The Role of HORECA Sales Lead

The HORECA Sales Lead will be the primary commercial representative for MiraCo / Le Secret du Pain in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and involves direct reporting to leadership, facilitating quick decision-making regarding pricing, sampling, and terms. The role offers a competitive base salary plus commission on individual sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and achieving individual revenue targets for the Central Region.
• Developing new HORECA accounts, including hotel groups, catering contractors, restaurant chains, and high-volume cafés.
• Conducting product presentations and chef sampling sessions from initial contact through to securing the first order.
• Maintaining pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting within Odoo CRM.
• Providing support for collections processes.
• Collaborating directly with the Operations team on fill rate, cold chain management, and delivery performance.

Career Progression

This role offers a clear path for career advancement. Upon achieving specified territory targets, the HORECA Sales Lead will be authorized to hire the first sales representative and subsequently build and lead the Central Region sales team. This commitment will be formally documented in the offer letter.
