About the Role

National Initiative Human Resource Company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Operations Manager for a leading manufacturing client in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading HR operations and enhancing the overall employee experience within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR Operations and manage employee lifecycle processes.
• Administer SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to ensure accurate employee data and HR transactions.
• Drive manpower planning initiatives, aligning them with business requirements, workforce demand, organizational structure, and budget.
• Implement Employee Experience initiatives and improve HR service delivery.
• Manage Employee Relations, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and HR policy adherence.
• Oversee Payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
• Collaborate with business leaders on HR operational and employee-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and internal HR policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, with a range of 5-10 years preferred.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Solid experience in Employee Relations, Employee Experience, and Payroll management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and Saudi labor regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
