About the Role

Management Solutions International (MSI) is seeking a Lead Kitchen & Canteen Facilities professional to manage daily operations in Makkah and Jeddah. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on ensuring high standards in food preparation, safety, and service for employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen, catering, and canteen operations, ensuring timely meal preparation and serving.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, presentation, and service standards.
• Plan nutritious, balanced, and cost-effective menus that align with employee preferences and Saudi Arabian cultural requirements.
• Supervise food preparation and bulk cooking activities, including monitoring food inventory, storage, and stock rotation using FIFO principles.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian food safety regulations, implement HACCP procedures, and maintain high standards of food hygiene.
• Conduct routine kitchen inspections, safety checks, and monitor food handling, temperature control, cleaning, and sanitation practices.
• Supervise kitchen, catering, and canteen staff, coordinate schedules, and provide training on food safety and hygiene.
• Monitor food costs, inventory, and operational expenses, coordinating procurement activities and minimizing waste.
• Address employee feedback and resolve food-related complaints to maintain high service quality and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchen management, catering, or canteen operations.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or automotive facilities is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of bulk food preparation and menu planning.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, covering operations in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves managing kitchen and canteen facilities within a dynamic operational setting.
