The Role of Marketing Manager

CerQ-Sa is seeking a Marketing Manager to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time, on-site position is central to overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns. The Marketing Manager ensures that all campaigns, across both digital and traditional channels, are aligned with client objectives and brand positioning, contributing directly to client success and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate effectively with creative, content, performance, and technology teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Manage project timelines, allocated budgets, and overall campaign performance.
• Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare clear, client-ready reports detailing campaign results and insights.
• Recommend strategic improvements to enhance return on investment (ROI) and brand impact.
• Participate actively in client meetings, presenting strategies and performance updates.
• Contribute to the development of new business proposals.
• Support the continuous improvement of CerQ’s internal marketing processes and service offerings.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Marketing Manager position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in marketing management, ideally within an agency environment or a role with similar responsibilities. This experience should demonstrate a proven ability to manage integrated marketing campaigns and achieve measurable results.
