About the Role

Rotana Jabal Omar Makkah is seeking a qualified Massage Therapist to join their team. This full-time position is based in Makkah and requires candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role involves providing a range of therapeutic massage services to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform body massages using techniques such as kneading, rubbing, and stroking to stimulate circulation, relax muscles, and alleviate discomfort.
• Administer steam, dry heat, ultraviolet, infrared, or water treatments as requested by clients.
• Provide guidance to clients on remedial exercises and other related activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all treatments provided to customers.
• Ensure treatment rooms are kept tidy and fully stocked with necessary items, including towels, candles, and oils.
• Be knowledgeable about booking procedures for massage and other treatment packages.
• Conduct all duties in a professional manner, aiming for the complete satisfaction of guests.
• Possess a thorough understanding of the club's facilities and membership pricing.
• Uphold high standards of personal hygiene at all times.

Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have between 2 and 5 years of experience as a Massage Therapist. A strong understanding of various massage techniques and therapeutic treatments is essential. Candidates should be self-motivated and dedicated to providing excellent guest service.
