PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on maximizing product visibility and ensuring efficient in-store execution. Role Purpose and Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to enhance PepsiCo's on-shelf presence within all assigned outlets. This involves ensuring products are displayed according to planograms for both on-shelf and off-shelf placements. The Merchandiser will also be responsible for conducting in-store sampling and promotional activities when required. Reporting any non-compliance with agreed arrangements to the pre-seller is a key duty. Additionally, providing the pre-seller with current market information is essential to capitalize on sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily journey plans to visit assigned outlets.
• Merchandise PepsiCo products across various access points, including shelves, stands, and floor displays.
• Place Point of Sale (POS) materials adjacent to product displays where applicable.
• Ensure all access points are merchandised in accordance with approved planograms.
• Apply the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method for product rotation and remove substandard products.
• Maintain a consistently clean and fresh stock of products on shelves.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities.
• Report any deviations from agreed terms with assigned customers or outlets.
• Submit daily reports on prior day's activities to the supervisor.
• Participate in sampling or redemption campaigns as needed.
• Maintain appropriate personal appearance and professional conduct in line with company standards.

Performance Metrics

Performance in this role will be measured against key indicators including:

• Execution Standard.
• LTA (Long-Term Agreement) Enforcement.
• Journey Plan Adherence.
