MBRF is seeking a Procurement Sr. Analyst to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Role Overview

The Procurement Sr. Analyst will play a critical role in managing substantial spend across various categories and partnerships. This position involves supporting the definition of commercial strategies for operations regionally and globally, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving value through effective procurement practices. The analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to optimize procurement processes and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively manage $50MM in spend across co-packing categories, distribution partnerships, and the assessment and implementation of new categories.
• Support the definition of short, middle, and long-term commercial strategies for operations across the GCC (Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar), international markets, and in collaboration with the Global procurement team.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and suppliers to develop and implement category strategies that drive alignment and ensure quality of services.
• Improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) value to the business on a sustainable basis.
• Drive effective and data-driven supplier negotiations utilizing internal and external benchmarking data, market trends, and supplier price models.
• Independently and proactively identify opportunities for new business, process improvement, and cost efficiencies.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and monthly forecasts for cash flow, purchase price variance, and other financial metrics for assigned categories.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in procurement or a related field. The position requires a proven ability to manage significant spend, develop commercial strategies, and execute complex negotiations effectively within a dynamic business environment.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic environment that spans GCC and international markets, collaborating with a global procurement team to achieve strategic objectives.
