Role Overview

Jobzella is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for supporting the Food Department by coordinating daily operations and ensuring strict compliance with Saudi regulations and food industry standards. The ideal candidate will provide crucial administrative and operational support to facilitate smooth departmental functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Food Department.
• Coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Prepare quotations, reports, and documentation, while maintaining accurate records.
• Support product registration and documentation processes to ensure all requirements are met.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi food regulations and requirements across all activities.
• Assist in coordinating product-related activities with food manufacturing partners.
• Maintain databases and support various reporting activities for the department.
• Coordinate importation and customs clearance activities for food products.
• Support warehouse and inventory management operations within Saudi Arabia.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, customs brokers, and relevant authorities to streamline processes.
• Ensure continuous compliance with all Saudi regulatory and operational requirements.
