The Role of Showroom Sales Coordinator

Baytonia is seeking a Showroom Sales Coordinator to support daily showroom operations and contribute to a seamless customer experience. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with responsibilities spanning from initial customer interaction through order completion and delivery. The role involves managing daily cash operations, following up on orders, and ensuring the service area is prepared in coordination with the Showroom Manager and relevant teams.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide support to ensure a professional showroom experience.
Process cash and electronic payments from customers.
Issue accurate invoices and receipts.
Review received amounts and reconcile them with the system.
Complete daily cash closing procedures and prepare reconciliation reports.
Maintain and secure the daily cash float.
Process exchanges and returns in accordance with approved policies.
Follow up on cash discrepancies and report them immediately.
Verify product availability before confirming orders.
Confirm delivery schedules and inform customers of expected delivery dates.
Explain company policies, delivery times, and order details to customers.
Confirm orders and ensure all required information is accurately entered into the system.
Coordinate with the Showroom Manager and relevant teams regarding pending orders, payments, and delivery updates.
Prepare and share daily reports on cash closing, orders, and operational observations.
Monitor operational issues within the showroom and report them to the Showroom Manager.
Receive initial customer feedback, direct it to the relevant department, and follow up as needed.
Support the readiness of the reception area and point of sale.
Ensure prices, promotions, and product information are clearly communicated to customers.
Support sales activities by understanding customer needs and directing them to suitable products or team members.
Collaborate with the showroom team to provide customer service.
Maintain the organization and professional appearance of the service area and checkout counter.
Comply with approved attendance procedures and working hours.
Adhere to the company's approved financial and operational policies and procedures.

Compensation

The employee is eligible for incentives or sales commissions based on their contribution to sales performance and achievement of assigned sales targets, in accordance with the company's approved policy.
