About the Role

FansPass is seeking an Organic Social Media Strategist to develop and execute its organic social media presence from the ground up. This role will be responsible for strategy and execution across various platforms, moments, and the culture surrounding live entertainment. The position is full-time and based in Saudi Arabia, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Organic Social Media Strategist will report to the Director of Growth and collaborate with content, creative, PR, and fan support teams. The core responsibility is to own and manage FansPass's organic social channels end-to-end, including strategy, content creation, scheduling, and publishing across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and X. This includes developing and executing a cohesive strategy aligned with brand and business objectives, defining channel-specific approaches, content pillars, and audience growth tactics.

• Ideate and produce culturally relevant, platform-native content that engages with live events, sports, concerts, and entertainment moments.
• Stay informed on real-time trends and conversations to identify opportunities for reactive content and community engagement.
• Shoot, edit, and produce short-form video content, demonstrating a strong sense of storytelling and platform-native formats.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, share of voice) to optimize strategy and demonstrate business impact.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a human, on-brand voice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns, product launches, and key moments, ensuring a consistent organic social voice.
• Build and manage the content calendar, balancing planned campaigns with real-time opportunities.
• Serve as an internal expert on organic social media, providing platform insights and recommendations to the broader team.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 4+ years of experience in organic social media and content strategy, with a preference for experience at an e-commerce brand. Experience in sports, live events, or ticketing is considered a strong advantage. A proactive and independent work ethic is essential, along with strong organizational skills to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.

• Hands-on content creation experience, including shooting and editing short-form video (*, CapCut, Adobe Premiere).
• Sharp editorial instincts and a distinctive writing voice adaptable across platforms.
• A strong creative eye for content conceptualization and production.
• Natural community building instincts for audience engagement.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position. The role requires comfort operating independently, moving fast, and adapting to changing conditions. The work will be conducted within the Saudi Arabia region, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah.
