About the Role

Aya is seeking a Social Media Specialist to manage its online presence and create engaging content for its trend-driven fashion platform. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and is ideal for a creative individual comfortable appearing on camera and adept at connecting with audiences through compelling storytelling. Aya focuses on modest and culturally relevant styles, identifying emerging trends and partnering with suppliers to produce in-demand fashion items.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the content plan across all social media platforms.
• Appear in videos and create on-camera content for marketing campaigns, product showcases, and brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and create content that aligns with them.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and company initiatives.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand identity and tone of voice.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Confidence and comfort appearing on camera.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Creative mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
• Experience working with influencers and content creators.
