We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual with exceptional communication skills who prides herself on her ability to deliver extraordinary levels of service and provide creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a full range of executive secretarial and administrative support activities for the General Manager, including highly confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Ensure all outgoing correspondence is typed, proofread, and dispatched to the highest possible standard.
  • Compose and prepare routine correspondence and prepare simple interpretation of documents as requested.
  • Review all incoming mail and prioritize it before forwarding to the General Manager.
  • Maintain and update the calendar for appointment and meeting schedules.
  • Organize travel and external business trips on behalf of the General Manager.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • College diploma in secretarial training with relevant experience.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Computer literate with typing skills of 60wpm accurately.

  • التعامل مع المعلومات الحساسة بحذر، مع الحفاظ على السرية.
  • الحفاظ على نظام ملفات وسجلات منظم لجهات الاتصال التجارية.

المتطلبات:
  • يجب أن تكون سعودي الجنسية.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة المكاتب أو مجال ذي صلة مفضل.
  • خبرة سابقة كمسؤول شخصي أو تنفيذي، ويفضل في مجال الضيافة.
  • مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية، مع مهارات اتصال قوية.
  • إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office؛ خبرة في نظام إدارة الفندق تعتبر ميزة.

  • Ensure all outgoing correspondence is typed, proofread, and dispatched to the highest possible standard.

  • Review and prioritize incoming mail for the General Manager.
  • Organize and maintain the calendar to facilitate appointments and meetings.
  • Establish and maintain records and databases of business contacts.
  • Attend meetings, record, write and distribute minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Organize travel and external business trips on behalf of the General Manager.

Education & Qualifications:
You should ideally have a college diploma in secretarial training with relevant previous experiences. Fluency in English, along with sufficient typing skills (60 wpm) is essential.

Knowledge & Competencies:
The ideal candidate will be courteous, discreet, and capable of dealing with confidential matters. You are expected to work well under pressure, be proactive and have a concern for quality, with competencies in hotel operations, effective communication, planning for business, and teamwork.

المهام تشمل خدمة النزلاء، تنفيذ بعض المهام الخارجية للفندق، توصيل مستندات أو أغراض أو موظفين، والمساعدة في توصيل النزلاء من وإلى الحرم عند الحاجة، وفق أنظمة الفندق والجهات المختصة.

يوجد تعويض مناسب لاستخدام السيارة أثناء الدوام، مع إمكانية مناقشة عدد أيام العمل أو ساعات الدوام.

يفضل من لديه خبرة في الفنادق أو خدمة العملاء ومعرفة جيدة بشوارع مكة.
