ملخص الدور
مبدع محتوى من جانب العلامة التجارية يعيش الدورة الإبداعية كاملة. يتبادل الأفكار مع المبدعين وكتاب النصوص ومديري الحسابات، ثم يأخذ السيارة والكاميرا والمفاتيح ويخرج لصنع المحتوى: الكتابة، التصوير، التمثيل، التأليف، التحرير، والتجميع جنبًا إلى جنب مع زملاء مبدعي المحتوى. يعامل حسابات العلامة التجارية الخاصة بالمجموعة بالطريقة التي يعامل بها أفضل المؤثرين حساباتهم الخاصة: بشخصية ونقطة نظر وملكية كاملة من الفكرة إلى النشر.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

تطوير أفكار المحتوى بالتعاون مع أعضاء الفريق وترجمتها إلى نصوص وقصص قابلة للتصوير.
التقاط لقطات وصور، والأداء أمام الكاميرا عند الحاجة، وتحرير المحتوى من البداية إلى النهاية.
العمل عبر منصات مختلفة مثل Reels و TikTok و YouTube Shorts و LinkedIn.
السفر حسب الحاجة لتقديم محتوى جاهز للنشر في الوقت المحدد.
التعاون مع الفريق، وتغطية بعضهم البعض وتقديم الملاحظات على التعديلات.
البقاء على اطلاع على الاتجاهات وتعزيز جودة المحتوى.
الحفاظ على صوت العلامة التجارية والمعايير عبر جميع المحتويات المنتجة.

المؤهلات

محفظة قابلة للإثبات من المحتوى الذي تم إنتاجه ذاتيًا.
مهارات قوية في كتابة النصوص وسرد القصص باللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
إجادة عملية في التصوير والتحرير.
الراحة في الأداء أمام الكاميرا.
معرفة باختيار الموسيقى وتصميم الصوت.
الاستعداد للسفر والعمل في ساعات غير قياسية حسب الحاجة.
رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية مطلوبة.
الخبرة في محتوى السيارات أو أسلوب الحياة تعتبر ميزة.

Additionally, you will plan and schedule posts, engage with online communities, and ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Social Media Management, including platform-specific strategies and best practices
Strong Content Creation, Copywriting, and Visual Storytelling skills
Knowledge of video editing
Experience with Social Media Analytics and Performance Monitoring tools
Knowledge of marketing fundamentals
A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
Experience in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with local culture and trends in Saudi Arabia and the broader region
Fluency in Arabic and English is highly advantageous
