Key Responsibilities:

• Motivate and manage a team to meet performance targets.
• Track attendance and workflows alongside the Shift Manager.
• Ensure a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
• Train Associates to deliver exceptional service.
• Fulfill customer orders according to quality and safety guidelines.
• Analyze data to solve logistics challenges and optimize processes.
• Adjust labor allocation to meet operational plans.

About You:
You should possess strong communication skills and demonstrate a commitment to operational excellence. You will empower your team to excel while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront of every decision.

Basic Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights.
• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds and be active throughout your shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Experience in logistics.
