About the Opportunity

شركة منازل الريادة العقارية, a real estate development company, is seeking a Senior Architect / Design Lead to join their team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for an architect who is keen on direct involvement in the design process and capable of taking ownership of residential projects from the initial concept through to the design development stage.

Role Focus and Project Scope

The Senior Architect / Design Lead will be responsible for guiding the architectural vision and design direction for various residential developments. This position requires a hands-on approach to design, ensuring that all projects are developed with practicality, efficiency, and market alignment in mind from their inception.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural vision and design direction for residential developments.
• Prepare concepts, layouts, facades, and massing studies.
• Develop projects through the Design Development stage.
• Coordinate with and review the work of external consultants.
• Ensure projects are practical, efficient, and aligned with market expectations.

Candidate Profile and Experience

• A minimum of 7 years of architectural experience.
• Strong background in residential and housing projects.
• Demonstrated hands-on design capability.
• Experience working on built or ongoing projects.

Technical Skills and Application Requirements

• Good command of Revit.
• A portfolio demonstrating individual design contribution is mandatory for consideration.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic real estate development environment, focusing specifically on residential projects.
