About Majd Yanbu Industrial Company

Majd Yanbu Industrial Company is a Saudi limited liability company established as a 50/50 joint venture between Elsewedy Cables Company and Alfanar Electrical Systems. The company operates a modern manufacturing facility in Yanbu Industrial City, under the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu. This facility specializes in producing high-purity copper rods for customers across Saudi Arabia and the GCC region, focusing on advanced industrial processes, reliability, and consistent product quality to support the regional electrical and industrial sectors.

The Role of Quality Assurance Engineer

Majd Yanbu Industrial Company is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join its team in Yanbu Al Sinaiyah, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for maintaining and enhancing the company's quality management systems and ensuring product excellence. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Lead internal and external audits, ensuring effective closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor product quality, manufacturing processes, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
Investigate customer complaints, leading root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor quality KPIs, work to reduce defects and scrap, and improve overall product quality.
Supervise and contribute to the development of the Quality Assurance team.
Prepare quality performance reports and present results to management.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
