The Arab Lens is seeking an experienced professional to join its team. The organization is committed to maintaining operational excellence and supporting business growth through effective planning and execution. This role is based in Yanbu, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview: Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager will lead the company's warehousing operations, ensuring efficient inventory management across the business. This position involves overseeing all warehouse activities, focusing on inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and strict compliance with company procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to develop and implement processes that improve productivity while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse operations and personnel.
• Develop warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
• Monitor warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational performance.
• Develop inventory control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies.
• Manage warehouse budgets and operational resources.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics departments.
• Lead warehouse improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Manage warehouse equipment and facility maintenance.
• Recruit, develop, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Prepare operational reports for senior management.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
• Proven ability to oversee and optimize complex warehousing operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and supply chain logistics.
• Experience in developing and implementing operational procedures.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing and developing a team.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position located in Yanbu, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to manage daily warehouse operations effectively.
