المسمى الوظيفي:
- فني ميكانيكا صيانة (Millwright)

الشروط الوظيفية:

أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية
مؤهل مناسب لكل تخصص (دبلوم / بكالوريوس حسب الوظيفة)
خبرة سابقة في نفس المجال
مهارات تواصل جيدة والعمل ضمن فريق
القدرة على العمل في بيئة صناعية

المهام الوظيفية:

تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الميكانيكية والكهربائية حسب التخصص
تشغيل ومتابعة الأجهزة والمعدات الصناعية
الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والجودة
إدارة المستودعات والمواد وتنظيمها
إعداد التقارير الفنية ومتابعة الأداء
الإشراف على الفرق والمشاريع حسب الوظيفة

As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our vibrant beachfront lifestyle destination. With a commitment to excellence, you'll respond promptly to maintenance requests and carry out essential tasks to keep our facilities in top condition.

Your Responsibilities include:

Responding to maintenance requests from guests and staff efficiently.
Performing routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Diagnosing and repairing faults in equipment and machinery.
Conducting inspections to identify issues and recommending effective solutions.
Carrying out preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities.
Managing inventory of maintenance supplies.
Assisting with the installation of new equipment.
Addressing engineering-related complaints in a professional manner.

Experience and Skills required:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
A relevant degree or certification is a plus.
Ability to work flexible shifts and multitask.
Proficiency in MS Office and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
