Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through quality service.
• Provide accurate and real-time reporting of work performed.
• Ensure equipment safety and performance while identifying site risks.
• Carry out maintenance checks, respond to call-outs, and perform service operations in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

• ITI/Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Automation.
• Minimum 5 years of Preventive Maintenance experience with a reputable elevator company.
• Good communication skills in English and familiarity with IT skills are preferred.
