Join DataVolt as a Health & Safety Manager

We focus on security, reliability, scalability, and sustainability, helping clients achieve digital transformation. We're seeking a Health & Safety Manager to join our team in Yanbu, Al Madinah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage the Health & Safety policy and programs locally, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Define missions for H&S third parties in collaboration with construction and fit-out teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for all H&S matters, ensuring customer expectations are met.
• Conduct risk analyses related to High-Risk Activities and integrate preventive measures in relevant documents.
• Ensure compliance with H&S regulatory requirements and participate in regulatory monitoring.
• Support the maintenance and deployment of the IMS in accordance with ISO 45001 standards.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 8+ years’ experience in managing H&S on industrial sites, preferably in the data center industry.
• Engineering degree or equivalent (Bac + 5).
• Familiarity with H&S audits and continuous improvement tools.
• Understanding of ISO 45001 standards.
