Join Emerson as a Field Sales Engineer in Yanbu!

As a Field Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and strengthening customer relationships across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. Your focus will be promoting and positioning Emerson’s Flow Control portfolio, working closely with industries such as chemical, petrochemical, metals, and mining.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Achieving or exceeding annual sales targets.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Communicating value propositions effectively to position Emerson as a preferred partner.
• Identifying, developing, and advancing sales opportunities that align with customer needs.
• Preparing and presenting sales forecasts and growth plans.
• Collaborating closely with other teams to enhance customer engagement.
• Ensuring compliance with Emerson’s ethics and governance requirements.

Who You Are:
You are an effective communicator who builds strong relationships by actively engaging customers. You possess a strategic mindset and have a proven track record in technical sales within industrial sectors.

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant experience.
• Strong experience in technical sales.
• Understanding of control valves or flow control technologies.
• Stellar communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in Yanbu and support the Western Region.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with the chemical or petrochemical industries.
• Familiarity with the regional market dynamics.
• Ability to communicate in Arabic.
