About Qaswarah Holding

Qaswarah Holding is seeking an Operations Director to oversee and manage the operational processes across the group and its various subsidiaries. This full-time position is based in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Al Madinah.

Role Overview

The Operations Director will be instrumental in enhancing the operational efficiency and governance of Qaswarah Holding. This role requires a professional with proven experience in establishing institutional frameworks, optimizing operational workflows, and implementing robust governance systems within complex holding companies or multi-activity business environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of the group and its subsidiaries, focusing on business acceleration and capacity enhancement.
Supervise financial management, support services, and related projects.
Develop and implement the institutional framework, including policies, authority matrices, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), standardized forms, and archiving systems.
Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations, legislation, and licensing requirements, and monitor the consistent implementation of internal policies.
Oversee performance efficiency across quality, speed, and cost metrics, driving the transformation of operations from individual reliance to system-based processes.
Approve operational, financial, and human resources transactions within defined authority limits.
Manage periodic meetings, track reports, and submit comprehensive updates to the executive management.
Represent executive management in communications with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in operations management, specifically within holding companies or multi-activity work environments. Demonstrated expertise in building institutional frameworks, improving operational efficiency, and implementing governance systems is essential.
