Role Overview: F&B Service Expert (Waiter)

The F&B Service Expert (Waiter) plays a direct role in creating a memorable dining experience for guests. This position focuses on providing attentive service, ensuring guest satisfaction during meals, and contributing to the overall quality of service. This opportunity is open to Saudi Nationals Only.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of services to guests, taking initiative to meet their needs.
• Set tables according to established standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest requirements.
• Interact with guests and serve food and beverages professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
• Contribute to a safe workplace environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.

Physical Demands of the Role

This role requires physical activity and mobility throughout the shift. Candidates should be prepared for the following physical requirements:

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Moving across sloping, uneven, or potentially slippery surfaces.
• Reading and visually verifying information on menus.
• Handling objects, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 25 pounds independently, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this role.
• License or Certification: None required.
