About the Role

TIBBIYAH is seeking a Medical Devices / Applications Specialist to join its team in the Western Region. This full-time role involves working closely with healthcare specialists to ensure comprehensive training on medical equipment and tools, while also contributing to sales objectives.

Role Overview

The Medical Devices / Applications Specialist plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between advanced medical technology and its effective use by healthcare professionals. This position focuses on ensuring optimal utilization of equipment through thorough training and ongoing support, directly impacting operational efficiency and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate order creation with all relevant stakeholders, including Sales, Product Managers, and the PM and OP Teams.
• Manage project orders from their initiation through to final handover, collaborating with involved stakeholders and departments.
• Organize and conduct project handover meetings, ensuring outcomes are clearly communicated to all concerned parties.
• Follow up with stakeholders to prepare and publish weekly delivery reports.
• Track equipment and materials prior to shipping to verify compliance with specifications and requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on project coordination and stakeholder management. Experience in medical devices or applications, particularly in training and support, is beneficial. The ability to track and verify equipment compliance is also important.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Western Region, requiring interaction with various internal teams and external healthcare specialists. The role involves managing multiple projects and ensuring smooth coordination across different departments.
